Pulitoto Terms & Conditions — A Complete Guide for All Malaysian Members

1 Definitions & Interpretations

In these Terms & Conditions, the following words and phrases carry the meanings assigned to them unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Pulitoto" or "Platform" refers to the online betting website and services accessible at pulitoto.bid, together with all associated sections, products and services.
• "Member" or "You" refers to any individual who has registered an account with pulitoto and accepted these Terms & Conditions.
• "Account" refers to the personal account registered by a member to access pulitoto's services.
• "Credits" refers to real money deposited into your pulitoto account for the purpose of betting.
• "Bonus Credits" refers to credits awarded by pulitoto through promotions, bonuses or rewards, which are subject to rollover requirements before they can be withdrawn.
• "Rollover" or "Turnover" refers to the minimum wager amount that must be placed before bonus credits or related winnings can be withdrawn.

2 Member Eligibility

To register and use pulitoto's services, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

3 Account Registration

Each individual is only permitted to hold one account at pulitoto. Holding more than one account — whether under the same or different names, phone numbers or IP addresses — is a serious violation that may result in the closure of all related accounts and the forfeiture of all credit balances and winnings.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information, including your full name, an active Malaysian phone number and a secure password. You are solely responsible for the security of your login credentials.

You are responsible for ensuring your account information remains current. Pulitoto is not liable for any issues arising from outdated or inaccurate account details, including failure to receive important account notifications.

4 Deposit & Withdrawal

Pulitoto supports a wide range of Malaysian payment methods for members' convenience. All deposits are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) only.

All deposits are final and cannot be reversed once processed. pulitoto does not impose any charges or processing fees on deposits. However, your eWallet provider or bank may apply their own fees, which are beyond pulitoto's control.

Pulitoto reserves the right to limit or decline deposits from sources that are suspicious or cannot be verified. In such cases, our support team will contact you to request further verification.

5 Withdrawals

You may withdraw funds from your credit balance at any time, subject to the limits and conditions below. Withdrawals are processed only to the same payment method used for the original deposit.

• Minimum withdrawal: RM50 per request.
• Daily withdrawal limit: Varies by VIP tier — RM5,000 (Silver), RM10,000 (Gold), RM30,000 (Platinum), unlimited (Diamond).

6 Bonus & Promotions Terms

Pulitoto offers a range of bonuses and promotions from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated alongside each offer. The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless otherwise specified:

• Each bonus is limited to one claim per member, per phone number and per IP address, unless stated otherwise.
• The rollover requirement for the Welcome Bonus is 8x combined deposit and bonus amount — among the lowest in Malaysia.
• Bonus credits cannot be withdrawn directly. Only winnings generated after the rollover has been completed are eligible for withdrawal.
• Sports bets placed using bonus credits must carry a minimum odds of 1.40 to count towards the rollover.
• Pulitoto reserves the right to void any bonus suspected of being obtained through fraud, misuse, or exploitation of the system.
• Any attempt to transfer bonus credits between accounts or to "mine" bonuses without genuine intent to play is strictly prohibited and may result in account closure.

Pulitoto reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate any promotion at any time with reasonable notice. The cancellation of a promotion does not affect any bonus already undergoing a valid rollover.

7 Game Rules

All games on pulitoto — including live baccarat, roulette, Sports Betting, lottery, virtual sports, and slots — have specific rules displayed within their respective game sections. The following general rules apply to all games:

• All game outcomes generated by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) are final and binding, and may not be disputed unless there is clear, verifiable evidence of a technical failure.

• Bets placed after a market has closed or after the actual result is known by any party are considered void and will be cancelled.

8 Prohibitions & Restrictions

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the pulitoto platform and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances:

• Registering more than one account or using another person's account.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any technological tool to exploit games or bonus systems.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game — including collusion agreements in baccarat or Sports Betting.
• Money laundering — using the pulitoto platform as a channel to conceal the origins of illicit funds.
• Filing false claims with customer support to obtain credits or benefits you are not entitled to.
• Hacking or attempting to hack pulitoto's security systems.

9 Account Closure

You may close your pulitoto account at any time by contacting our support team. Prior to closure, please ensure all real credit (non-bonus credit) balances have been fully withdrawn.

Pulitoto reserves the right to close or suspend any account for the following reasons without prior notice:

• Breach of any part of these Terms & Conditions.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or system abuse.
